In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required.
Your ticket will remain open until your specific situation is solved. This allows us to keep track of important questions that would otherwise get lose in an email inbox.

Q1 How long does it take for my order to ship?
A1 Shipping time is usually 7-10 business days. It usually takes 1-5 days to package and send an order, so ETA should be between 10 and 15 days.
Q2 What are the shipping rates?
A2 The shipping rates are broken down in to different zones based on the EMS shipping cost. please see Shippinng Information for the Zone shipping chart.
Q3 What methods of shipping does KOToys offer?
A3 All toys are sent EMS (www.ems.com.cn) unless otherwise noted on the item page. Extremely small and light items might be sent Registered Airmail.
Q4 Where in the world does KOToys ship?
A4 Almost everywhere. The shipping areas are divided in to zones. Please see Shipping Information for details and if your country is listed. In the odd case your country is not listed please email us and we can quote you a rate. In this case, TNT or Registered Airmail will probably be used to ship the package.
Q5 What about customs and taxes for international orders?
A5 In almost 2 years of selling and shipping toys internationally we have never had anyone pay duty or taxes. We use a shipping agency who sends in bulk and they never have problems with customs.
Q6 Will items be marked as gifts? What value will be declared for customs.
A6 The items are marked as gifts with a low value declared for customs.

Q7 How long will it take for my order to ship?
A7 Order are usually shipped within 1-5 business days, but larger orders or special orders may take longer. When the package is shipped a tracking number will be entered in to your paypal account.
Return and Exchange Policy
Q8 What is the Return, Exchange and Replacement Policy?
A8 Due to high shipping costs we do not take returns or do exchanges. Please know what you are buying before you buy it by taking a good look at all of the images and by asking any questions of anything you are unsure about.
Replacements: In the odd case something is broken during shipment and it can be proven to be a packaging error then a replacement item will be sent out.
